1) Download and complete the registration form (PDF). You only need to complete one form per team for the entire calendar year.
2) Make payment online at tournaments page or send a check made payable to Three Rivers Baseball.
3) Mail registration form, check, team roster (PDF), and insurance documentation to secure your teams spot in the requested age division to:
